Broad product, focused launch. This preview uses an HVAC company because HVAC is our first pilot market. ToneForward itself is built for local service teams.

STEP 01 · CALLS + ROUTING
Recognize the caller and route the call correctly.
See the customer history before anyone answers, then send the call to the office, the on-call team, or voicemail from the same business number.

Switching to ToneForward
Keep the number and the operating system your team already knows.
ToneForward is designed to replace the separate customer-communications layer. Your dispatch, technician management, inventory, payroll, and accounting stay in the field-service or scheduling system that already runs the business.
- 01Confirm
Document the current number, routing, users, consent flows, templates, and systems.
- 02Configure
Prepare the ToneForward workspace and import the agreed contacts, history, and workflows.
- 03Test
Verify calls, voicemail, texting, permissions, automations, and customer handoffs.
- 04Cut over
Port the number on an agreed date and confirm every critical path before the old service ends.
Specific integrations and data movement are confirmed in writing for each pilot.
One customer timeline
A real bundle, not a single-feature tool.
The first production slice starts with phone-to-text and the shared inbox. The remaining modules layer onto the same contact record and business number.

Why HVAC first?
Specific sales. Broad product.
HVAC gives us one repeatable workflow, one vocabulary, and one concentrated prospect list. That makes onboarding and outreach sharper while the underlying product stays useful across plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, restoration, garage door, landscaping, and similar local services.
We expand industries after the HVAC workflow is proven, not before the brand is defined.Transparent founding-pilot pricing
More people can help without every login becoming a bill.
Each one-location plan includes generous named team access and a pooled monthly communications allowance. Your cost grows when real carrier usage or operating scale grows, not whenever another employee needs access.

Clear overages, no double-counting
Usage rules a business owner can actually understand.
Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Connected customer-facing voice time counts once, even when ToneForward uses two carrier legs behind the scenes. Standard US carrier surcharges are built into the overage rates.
Usage alerts appear at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100%. The default monthly overage cap is 50% of the subscription and can be adjusted by the account owner.
Inbound calls, inbound messages, opt-out handling, and normal manual replies stay available. Optional outbound automations pause, and AI falls back to the configured human route or voicemail.
Self-serve plans cover one legal business and one operating location. Taxes and government telecom fees may be itemized. Stripe charges processing fees directly to the connected merchant.
Standard setup and the plan’s included number provisioning or ports are included for the founding pilot. Custom data cleanup, historical message migration, custom integrations, multiple legal brands, and on-site training are scoped separately. Final availability, compliance requirements, and terms are confirmed in writing.
